Salary: £105,000 + Excellent Benefits

We're partnering with a globally recognised construction and development contractor with an outstanding reputation for delivering some of the UK's most iconic and technically challenging projects.

Due to continued growth, they're looking for a Senior Mechanical Project Manager to lead the delivery of a major development in Canary Wharf.


What You'll Be Doing

You'll take full ownership of a significant mechanical package worth £+40M, leading teams from pre-construction through to successful handover.


Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing the complete mechanical delivery of a flagship project.
  • Leading and mentoring engineering and site teams.
  • Reporting directly to the Project Director on progress, programme and performance.
  • Building strong relationships with subcontractors, consultants and clients.
  • Driving quality, safety and commercial success throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the highest standards.


What We're Looking For

  • Strong Mechanical Building Services or M&E background.
  • Infrastructure and commercial new build experience
  • Proven experience delivering mechanical projects valued at £15M–£20M+.
  • Experience managing projects from pre-construction through to handover.
  • Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills.
  • Commercial awareness with the ability to drive project performance.
  • A passion for delivering high-quality engineering solutions.
