Leicester | £35,000 | Hybrid Working (2 Days Office, 3 Days Remote)

Looking for your first step into the world of Data Analytics?

We're partnering with a large, highly respected organisation to recruit a Reporting Analyst based in Leicester. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or junior analyst looking to develop their skills within a data-driven environment and gain exposure to real business decision-making.

What you'll be doing:

• Producing and maintaining reports, dashboards, and analysis
• Interpreting data to identify trends and insights
• Supporting stakeholders with data-driven recommendations
• Reviewing reporting processes and suggesting improvements
• Working with large datasets using Excel and reporting tools

We're looking for:

• A recent graduate or someone looking to start a career in Data Analytics
• Strong numerical and analytical skills
• Good knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs, formulas)
• Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
• A proactive attitude and willingness to learn
