Customer Care Technician | North East | Up to £36,000

We’re currently working with a leading UK housebuilder who are looking for an experienced Customer Care Technician to join their team.

This is a great opportunity for a skilled multi-trade professional with experience within new build housing, maintenance or customer care.

The Role:

Attend new build properties to investigate and resolve customer defects
Complete a range of multi-trade repairs and remedial works
Carry out snagging and finishing works to a high standard
Liaise professionally with homeowners and provide excellent customer serviceManage your own workload and appointments across multiple developments
Ensure works are completed efficiently and within agreed timescales
Maintain high standards of health & safety and workmanship

About You:

Previous experience as a Customer Care Technician, Multi-Trader, Maintenance Operative or similar
Strong knowledge of general building and maintenance works
Skilled across multiple trades – ideally joinery, carpentry, plastering, plumbing and decorating
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Full UK driving licence
New homes experience is highly desirable, but open to other profiles
