Manchester | Leeds | Blackpool - mostly remote with some travel to these locations expected (expenses are not covered)

We are looking for a Product Manager/Owner to support a large-scale, live email service and the ongoing rollout of New Outlook across a major public-sector organisation.

Key details

• Role: Product Manager (SFIA - Level 3 criteria / Junior or Associate)
• Contract type: INSIDE IR35
• Day rate: between £250-£320 per day
• Initial term: Six months, with potential extension
• Clearance: BPSS
• Location: Manchester, Blackpool or Leeds - this position is predominantly remote, with occasional onsite attendance for key events and potentially some - though infrequent - travel to Manchester or Leeds possible.

The role

You will manage a critical email service used across a large organisation, balancing operational delivery, technical requirements and user needs.

Experience should include:

• Product ownership within a complex environment - we're looking for minimum 1 year of experience as it is a junior position, but key elements such as backlog experience will be required.
• Email service management experience/understanding or equiavalent - Outlook ideally
• Email hygiene and data-loss prevention (DLP) understanding
• Managing live services and large-scale technology rollouts
• Ideally worked in public sector - though not essential
