Teamwork Partnership is recruiting on behalf of our client for Production Operatives to join a busy chilled food manufacturing environment.
This is a great opportunity for reliable and hardworking individuals who are comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment. You will be involved in the preparation, manufacturing, assembly and packing of chilled food products , ensuring all products meet customer specifications and company standards.

The Role
As a Production Operative, your duties will include:
Preparing, assembling and packing chilled food products
Handling food products safely and following Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP)
Checking products meet required quality and customer specifications
Maintaining excellent hygiene and housekeeping standards
Working safely and following Health & Safety and COSHH procedures
Maximising production output while maintaining quality and safety
Helping to minimise product and packaging waste
Completing production paperwork accurately and on time
Reporting any food safety or quality concerns immediately
Working closely with colleagues and other departments to keep production running efficiently.
What We're Looking For
We are looking for candidates who:
Have an understanding of food safety procedures
Can follow instructions accurately
Have good attention to detail
Are reliable and flexible
Work well as part of a team
Are willing to learn new skills
Have good basic literacy skills
Are willing to complete basic food hygiene training.
Previous food production, manufacturing, packing or factory experience would be beneficial.
Quality & Safety
You will be expected to maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene, quality and Health & Safety at all times and support the company's internal and external quality requirements. Xohmjla
Overtime is paid at time and a half and may be offered to cover holidays, absences, and business needs, although it is not guaranteed.
Shifts:
Thursday to Saturday and alternate Wednesdays from 06:00-18:00
Sunday to Tuesday and alternate Wednesdays from 06:00-18:00
Saturday to Monday and alternate Tuesdays from 18:00-06:00- additional shift allowance
