Calling all Cruise Customer Service Specialists!

As a Cruise Customer Service Consultant, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our client's customers enjoy a seamless post-booking experience. Excellent knowledge of the cruise market is essential for the position, along with a customer focused approach and strong problem solving skills.

Role of Cruise Customer Service Consultant:

• Handling a variety of post-sales queries via phone and email
• Arranging special requests and add-ons to enhance client bookings
• Booking additional services when required including excursions, dining and drink packages
• Managing booking amendments and changes
• Resolving customer issues or complaints, escalating where necessary
• Liaising with internal departments with any queries or amendments
• Offering an exceptional level of customer service at all times

Skills required for the role:

• Previous experience in a customer service or support role within the cruise sector is essential
• Experience of a wide range of cruise lines
• Strong organisational skills
• Detail-oriented with the ability to prioritise tasks efficiently
• Problem-solving ability
• Highly customer focused with an empathetic approach
