We're on the hunt for a Male support worker to support our client every Wednesday 11:00am-17:00pm.
Male support worker needed: This post is exempt under the Equality Act 2010 as there is a genuine occupational need to recruit males only due to the nature of the role.
You will need:
Must be eligible to live and work in the UK (Sponsors are not available)
Caring, patient and empathetic nature
Excellent communication skills
Driving license with own transport
Motivation to make a difference to our clients
Your responsibilities would include:
Providing high quality person cantered support to our clients
Supporting our client with working toward their goals
Supporting with daily living tasks and engaging in fulfilling and meaningful activities with our clients
Providing support to access the community that are engaging and fun for our clients
Working under the supervision and guidance of the multi-disciplinary team.
