SRB Teaching Assistant - Cardiff | September 2026 Start

Are you an experienced SRB Teaching Assistant looking for a rewarding role in Cardiff this September?
We are recruiting dedicated SRB Teaching Assistants to support pupils with Additional Learning Needs within Specialist Resource Bases (SRBs) in Primary Schools across Cardiff. We have a range of opportunities available, including flexible supply work and long-term placements.

We're Looking For

Previous experience working as an SRB Teaching Assistant or supporting pupils with ALN
A patient, proactive, and compassionate approach
Strong communication and behaviour management skills
A genuine passion for helping children reach their full potential

Essential Requirements

Enhanced DBS Certificate
Registration with the Education Workforce Council (EWC)
Completion of safeguarding training and compliance checks
