Relay Direct is one of the UK's fast-growing sales and marketing companies, representing major brands through customer-focused B2B, B2C and event campaigns. We are looking for a Graduate Management Trainee who wants to develop leadership skills through real responsibility, practical experience and measurable performance.

What You'll Be Doing

• Engage directly with customers through face-to-face sales and marketing campaigns
• Complete structured training in sales, customer acquisition and campaign delivery
• Learn how performance targets, campaign results and customer feedback are monitored
• Support and mentor new team members as your experience develops
