At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Production Operative to work with a leading food manufacturing company in Balmalcolm. You will have the opportunity to join a successful team in warehouse operations, perfect for dedicated and organized individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Shift Patterns:

• Available both part-time and full-time.
• Rotating schedule: 1 week days, 2nd week backs.
• Friday to Monday shift: 7am - 5.30pm.
• Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday shifts: 7.00am - 2.00pm or 2.30pm - 10.00pm.
• Every second weekend off.

Pay Rates:

• 12.71 GBP hourly.
• Overtime rate of 15.26 GBP hourly after 40 hours per week.

Essential Requirements for Production Operative:

• Right to work in the UK.
• Must be over 18 years old.

Role for Production Operative:

• Packing and grading vegetables.
• Labelling products.
• Maintaining a flexible approach to daily duties.
• Working as part of a team on a production line.

Location: Balmalcolm.
Duration: Ongoing
