Real Estate Investment Professional (Senior Analyst) | European Real Estate

Join a well-established special situations investor backing debt and equity opportunities across European real estate and credit markets — €5bn+ AUM, currently deploying from its latest fund.

The role: Full underwriting and modelling of debt and equity transactions, transaction screening and due diligence, compiling term sheets, structuring alongside in-house and external legal/tax advisers, ongoing monitoring and reporting on individual investments and fund performance, and exposure to origination alongside senior personnel.

What we're looking for:

• Around 3 years' relevant real estate transaction experience from a bank, investor (likely PE or institutional) or alternate lender
• The ability to build sophisticated and robust financial models, together with a strong understanding of the underlying real estate as well as the associated analysis.
• Entrepreneurial, self-motivated, and comfortable contributing to a small, growing team.

London-based. 5 days per week in the office.

Salary c£80k bonus potential 100%.
