We’re recruiting an Executive Assistant to support a Managing Director and small team of senior investment professionals within a busy front-office environment.
This is a fast-paced, relationship-led role where you’ll have real ownership of your executives’ day-to-day priorities. Diaries are complex, plans change quickly and you’ll need to be someone who naturally thinks ahead, uses their judgement and enjoys becoming a trusted part of the team.
You’ll also join an established and collaborative EA function, working alongside experienced colleagues within a firm known for its strong culture and excellent staff retention.
The Role
- Supporting a Managing Director alongside a small team of Directors and Vice Presidents.
- Managing complex, constantly changing diaries and competing priorities.
- Coordinating international travel, including multi-stop itineraries, visas and logistics.
- Building strong relationships with senior internal and external stakeholders.
- Managing expenses and wider day-to-day administration.
- Anticipating requirements, resolving clashes and keeping priorities moving.
- Working closely with the wider EA team to provide seamless support across the business.
About You
- Experienced EA from private equity, investment banking, asset/investment management, hedge funds or a similarly fast-paced financial services environment.
- Comfortable supporting senior stakeholders within a demanding front-office environment.
- Excellent diary management skills and confident managing constantly changing priorities.
- Proactive and naturally one step ahead – you don’t need to wait to be asked.
- Calm, highly organised and detail-focused, even when things are moving quickly.
- Personable and confident, with the judgement to build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders.
- A genuine team player who enjoys being an integral part of the business.
The Package
- £60,000–£65,000 depending on experience.
- Annual bonus.
- Private medical insurance and comprehensive benefits.
- Very generous daily lunch allowance.
- 4 days in the West End office / 1 day WFH.
- Excellent staff retention and a collaborative EA team.
- Long-term opportunity within a highly regarded private equity environment.
If you’re an accomplished Financial Services EA looking for a role where you can build a genuine partnership with your executives and be part of a strong, supportive EA team, we’d love to hear from you.
