Job description
This is a HR role with a broad generalist remit with a clear roadmap of upcoming HR projects ranging from systems, a focus on development, coaching managers and employee relations.
The internal populations are wide ranging from support functions, scientific and technical, commercial through to governance and education.
The organisation is a key player within the sports industry from testing and standards of equipment, regulation & governance through to promotion and development of their sport.
This is a newly created role, as they have recognised a number of key areas where they can elevate HR to being more pro-active to the organisation.
The HR team is very stable, they all have a passion for the organisation and the people and the team. With a strong awareness of the direction they want HR to progress in this role will be a mixture of BAU and also several projects. They also welcome someone who can suggest improvements and will have a mindset of improvement.
The role is being offered on an initial 12 month FTC the HR Director was clear that she can foresee this possibly being a more permanent longer-term role.
Ideally you will be available on short notice.
They operate a 35-hour week. Offer flexible working and operate a hybrid working model.
