Recruitment Team Lead

12-Month Initial Contract | Fully Remote | Occasional Travel to Sites Across Fife

We're partnering with a leading health services organisation to recruit a Recruitment Team Lead to support the delivery of a high-volume contact centre recruitment programme.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced recruitment professional to lead a small team while remaining actively involved in delivery. Managing two Talent Partners, you'll be responsible for ensuring recruitment targets are achieved, stakeholder expectations are exceeded, and an exceptional candidate experience is maintained throughout the hiring process.

You'll work closely with operational leaders to develop recruitment strategies, manage workforce demands and support the hiring of high-volume contact centre and customer service talent.

Key Responsibilities

• Leading, coaching and supporting a team of two Talent Partners
• Managing end-to-end recruitment activity for contact centre and customer service vacancies
• Driving delivery against recruitment targets, SLAs and workforce plans
• Building strong relationships with hiring managers and key stakeholders
• Providing recruitment market insight and advising on attraction strategies
• Supporting sourcing, screening, interviewing and offer management activity
• Monitoring recruitment performance, pipeline activity and key hiring metrics
• Identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance recruitment outcomes and candidate experience

We're Looking For

• Previous experience in a Recruitment Team Lead, Talent Acquisition Lead, Senior Talent Partner or similar role
• Experience managing or mentoring recruiters within a fast-paced environment
• Proven success delivering high-volume recruitment campaigns
• Experience recruiting for contact centre, customer service or operational roles
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
• A hands-on approach with the ability to balance leadership responsibilities with recruitment delivery
• Excellent organisational and communication skills
