Residential Property Solicitor (Senior Associate or Legal Director level) sought for prestigious firm in London, advising HNW/UHNW clients on high-value, prime London property.
The firm
Our client is a long-established, independent UK law firm with a reputation for acting on behalf of some of the UK's most notable families and HNW/UHNW individuals.
The residential property team is highly regarded in the market and is Legal 500 and Chambers ranked for both Residential Property and Agriculture & Estates.
The team acts for private individuals of significant wealth, investors, developers, banks and institutions, advising on high-value prime London property transactions. They also have a very well regarded Landed Estates practice.
The role
The firm is seeking an experienced Senior Associate or Legal Director to join its residential property practice due to growth.
Working closely with highly regarded Partners and Associates, the successful Residential Property Solicitor will advise a sophisticated private client base on high-value residential property transactions, whilst taking responsibility for their own matters and supporting more junior members of the team.
This will include:
- Advising HNW and UHNW private clients on high-value residential property transactions
- Acting on prime London residential sales and purchases
- Advising private investors, developers, banks and institutions
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with a sophisticated private client base
- Supporting and mentoring more junior members of the team
- Contributing to the continued growth and development of the residential property practice
Required
- UK qualified Solicitor (6 PQE plus / Senior Associate and above)
- Experience gained from a well-regarded private client or residential property practice
- Strong experience of high-value residential sales and purchases
- Experience acting for HNW/UHNW private clients
- Strong technical ability and commercial awareness
- Keen interest in business development
