As a Tax Manager in London, you'll oversee Corporate Tax and Transfer Pricing for an International MedTech company, based in Finchley, North London.

Description

  • Manage Corporate Tax processes, including preparing and filing accurate tax returns.
  • Provide expert advice on tax planning and strategy to optimise financial outcomes.
  • Ensure adherence to tax regulations and keep updated on legislative changes.
  • Manage Transfer Pricing & Pillar II
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address tax-related queries and concerns.
  • Coordinate with external tax advisors and regulatory bodies as required.
  • Prepare detailed tax reports and present findings to senior management.
  • Support audits and address queries from tax authorities promptly.
  • Develop and implement internal controls to manage tax risks effectively

Profile

A successful Tax Manager should have:

  • Professional qualifications in accounting or taxation (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CTA).
  • Strong knowledge of UK tax laws and regulations, particularly within the industrial and manufacturing sectors.
  • Experience in managing tax compliance and planning activities.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication skills to liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Attention to detail and a proactive approach to managing tax risks.
  • Experience in Corporate Tax and Transfer Pricing

Job Offer

  • A competitive salary ranging from £70,000 - £80,000 dependent on the level of experience.
  • Permanent position based in Finchley
