The firm works with some of the worlds leading financial institutions, advising clients on senior appointments across investment management, investment banking, technology, infrastructure and C-suite leadership.
This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious graduate to begin a career in executive search, working alongside experienced Partners and Researchers on senior-level assignments across the global financial services sector.
The Role As an Executive Search Researcher, you will play a key role in identifying and assessing senior talent for confidential and strategically important assignments.
Your responsibilities will include:
Conducting detailed research into companies, markets, sectors and senior professionals

Identifying and mapping high-calibre candidates across global financial markets

Building and maintaining candidate networks

Supporting Partners and senior consultants on executive search assignments

Conducting initial candidate conversations and assessing suitability

Developing a strong understanding of financial services markets and the organisations operating within them

Preparing detailed candidate profiles, market maps and research reports

Engaging with senior professionals and developing long-term relationships

Managing multiple assignments and deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Supporting the team throughout the full executive search process

What Were Looking For A 2:1 degree or above from a Russell Group university

Strong academic credentials

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

A genuine interest in business, financial markets and people

Strong research and analytical skills

Confidence communicating with senior professionals

A highly organised and methodical approach

Commercial awareness and a strong work ethic

Resilience, ambition and a desire to succeed

The ability to work effectively in a demanding, high-performance environment

Previous recruitment or executive search experience is not required. We are more interested in your intellectual ability, communication skills, curiosity and ambition than previous industry experience.
