What you'll be doing
Perform detailed housekeeping routines in residents' apartments
Develop warm relationships with residents
Report any concerns or unusual behaviour from residents to management
Maintain a high level of cleanliness in common areas
Replenish communal supplies and manage cleaning product stock
Report damage or malfunction in apartments or communal areas
Provide outstanding customer service to residents
Maintain organised and clean laundry and cleaner's cupboard areas
Undertake activities that fall under Health & Safety policies and procedures
What we're looking for
Warm and friendly personality
Passionate about enhancing the lives of residents
Proven experience as a housekeeper or similar role
Excellent time management skills
Compassionate and empathetic
Great communication skills
High attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
