Temporary to Permanent Opportunity

We are currently recruiting for a Production Operative to join a busy and growing manufacturing company based in Southend-on-Sea.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced production professional looking for a long-term role with the potential to secure a permanent position.

The Role

As a Production Operative, you will be responsible for operating production machinery and ensuring products are manufactured efficiently and to a high standard.

Duties include:

• Operating and monitoring production machinery
• Carrying out quality checks on finished products
• Following production schedules and work instructions
• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
• Reporting any machine faults or issues
• Assisting with general production duties as required

Requirements

• Previous machine operating experience is essential
• Experience working within a manufacturing or production environment
• Good attention to detail and quality standards
• Reliable with a strong work ethic
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
