Psychology Graduate | Key Details

£100 per day PAYE
Immediate start
Full-time, term-time only
Contract until the end of the academic year
Based in Brent
Excellent experience for aspiring teachers, Educational Psychologists, Clinical Psychologists, SEN professionals or therapists

Psychology Graduate | The Role

Support pupils in class, in small groups and on a 1:1 basis
Help pupils access learning and build confidence in school
Work closely with teachers, the SENCO and pastoral staff
Support pupils with a range of needs, including Autism, ADHD, SEMH, speech and language needs and learning difficulties
Encourage positive routines, independence and engagement
Gain valuable experience in behaviour, safeguarding, SEND and child development

Psychology Graduate | Candidate Requirements

Psychology Graduate with a 2:1 or above preferred
Strong interest in education, mental health, SEN or child development
Calm, patient and resilient approach
Strong communication skills and a willingness to learn
Previous experience with children or young people is desirable but not essential
Must be reliable and able to commit for the full academic year
