THE ROLE

As Product Design Executive, you'll provide the administrative and organisational backbone for our regional Travel Experiences team, supporting the Trafalgar, Insight Vacations and Costsaver brands. Reporting to the Regional Senior Product Design Manager for UK, Ireland, France and Northern Europe, you'll keep our key systems and databases accurate, prepare the data and documentation our designers rely on to build unforgettable tours, and help the team stay on track through our annual product cycle. This is an entry level role with full training provided, giving you broad exposure to how our product is built and, for the right person, a genuine route into tour product development. You'll also connect regularly with Product Design Executives across our other regions.


WHAT WILL YOU DO?

  • Keep our Airtable databases accurate, current and correctly linked
  • Run regular web health checks and flag anything that needs fixing
  • Ensure technical itineraries and supporting documentation are always up to date
  • Prepare the annual Gap Analysis for Pillar experiences ahead of the design phase
  • Collate the data and documents that power planning, contracting and product development
  • Track key dates in the annual product cycle and flag anything at risk of slipping
  • Manage the regional team calendar, inboxes and ticketing system
  • Prepare product information requested by Sales, Marketing and Sustainability
  • Support colleagues in other regions at busy points in the cycle, and share process improvements with the wider team


ABOUT YOU


Essential

  • Experience in an administrative or coordination role
  • Confident user of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
  • Clear, accurate written communication skills
  • Comfortable managing a high volume of regular tasks to fixed deadlines
  • Able to work independently and manage your own priorities, as well as part of a team
  • High attention to detail, with a commitment to accuracy and quality
  • A collaborative approach, able to build strong relationships across teams
  • Resilient and calm under pressure, with a proactive, solutions focused mindset

Desirable

  • Experience with database or workflow tools such as Airtable or Salesforce
  • Tour operator or wider travel industry experience
  • Experience working cross functionally in a fast paced environment
  • An interest in building a career in tour product development
  • Experience improving processes or templates within a team
