Nights, 35 hours per week
Days, 48 hours per week or 24 hours on a shift rota

What You'll Bring
NVQ Level 2 (or equivalent) in Health & Social Care, with hands-on experience in applying knowledge
Genuine care and empathy, noticing the little things that make a real difference to each resident
Confidence to guide and support colleagues, helping the team deliver consistently excellent care
Calm, clear communication that builds trust with residents, families and the team
Positive, flexible attitude, ready to step in and help wherever it's needed
Strong attention to detail, spotting changes and taking timely action to ensure residents' comfort and wellbeing

About the Role
As a Senior Care Assistant, you'll play a vital role in supporting both residents and your colleagues. Working closely with the Team Leader, you'll demonstrate a positive approach to care and guide colleagues so everyone delivers consistent, person-centred support. Every day, you'll make a real difference, helping residents enjoy comfort, dignity and moments of joy, while fostering a confident, supported team.
