This is an opportunity to join one of the UK's leading executive search consultancies, specialising in Finance and Operations appointments for some of Europe's fastest-growing start-ups and scale-ups.
You'll partner with innovative businesses across FinTech, AI, Software, Robotics, BioTech, Media, Fashion, Consumer and Creative industries, helping them hire the senior leaders who shape the future of their businesses. This isn't high-volume recruitment - it's strategic, consultative, and relationship-driven executive search. The Opportunity...
Unlike traditional recruitment roles centred around cold calling and high-volume sales, this is a genuine Executive Search position where you'll become a trusted advisor to senior Finance and Operations professionals.
You'll identify and engage C-suite and leadership talent, build specialist networks within your market, and support retained search assignments for some of the UK's most exciting high-growth businesses.
From day one, you'll receive exceptional training in executive search, market mapping, stakeholder engagement and relationship management, developing skills that will set you apart in the recruitment industry.
What You'll Be Doing
Building specialist networks of senior Finance and Operations professionals
Mapping leadership markets across high-growth sectors
Engaging and qualifying executive-level candidates
Supporting retained search assignments from start to finish
Producing candidate briefing packs and market intelligence reports
Building long-term relationships with senior business leaders
Writing thought leadership and market insight content
Working closely with experienced consultants to deliver outstanding search projects
