As written by him...
"I am looking for someone who is friendly, reliable and easy to talk to. Good communication is really important to me, as is having someone who can adapt to my routine, which can vary quite a lot.
I value reliability and someone who will get things done when asked. I also need someone who can take initiative but will check with me rather than assuming.
Being physically capable is important as I am active and need assistance with transfers and getting around. I want someone who is willing to learn how I prefer things to be done, rather than imposing their own way.
Good hygiene, particularly when handling food and providing personal care, is very important to me. Above all, I want someone who can provide practical support while respecting my privacy and independence."
