Enlightenment Education is looking for reliable, confident and caring people to work as Teaching Assistants in schools across Derby and the surrounding areas.
We work closely with mainstream schools, SEND provisions and specialist settings, supporting children with a wide range of additional needs. You don't necessarily need previous school experience , but you do need to have something valuable to bring to the role.

A genuine interest in helping children develop and succeed

Reliability and a professional approach

The ability to build positive relationships and work as part of a team

Helping pupils access learning and participate in school life

Supporting emotional regulation and positive behaviour

Working alongside teachers and other support staff

We have opportunities ranging from day-to-day supply through to long-term placements and potential permanent positions.
This could be an ideal opportunity if you're a parent looking for school hours and the consistency of MondayFriday work during term time. Xohmjla
If you're reliable, communicate well and genuinely want to make a difference to children, we'd love to hear from you.
