Production Operative

Job description

We are looking for a Production Operative to join our manufacturing team on a permanent night shift. This hands-on role involves operating machinery, assembling products, carrying out quality checks, and supporting production activities to ensure targets are met safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare moulds and operate rotomoulding machinery. De-mould, cut, and assemble products. Use power, air, and hand tools safely. Move materials and products using lifting equipment. Complete production and quality records accurately. Monitor stock levels and report shortages. Report equipment faults and maintenance issues. Work as part of a team to achieve production and quality targets.

Requirements

Strong commitment to health and safety. Good communication and teamwork skills. Reliable, flexible, and hardworking approach. Ability to carry out physically demanding work. Comfortable working at height and in confined spaces. Confident using PCs and tablets.

Desirable

Experience

Manufacturing or production experience. Machinery operation experience. Experience with power tools and lifting equipment. FLT/Combi licence (preferred).
