Job description

JDR Recruitment are recruiting for Cleaners and a Cleaning Supervisor to work at a distribution centre based in Worcester, WR4

Cleaner:
Sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming warehouse floors.
Cleaning offices, meeting rooms, canteens, and break areas.
Cleaning toilets, washrooms, and locker rooms.
Emptying bins and disposing of waste correctly.
Collecting and separating recyclable materials.
Cleaning windows, doors, and high-touch surfaces.
Sanitising workstations, handrails, and equipment.
Restocking consumables such as soap, paper towels, and toilet rolls.
Cleaning spillages promptly and safely.
Operating cleaning equipment such as floor scrubbers and buffing machines.
Working Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday & Sunday 6am-2pm
£12.71 per hour
Temporary to Permanent
Cleaning Supervisor
Team Supervision:
Supervise and coordinate the work of 3 other cleaning staff.
Allocate daily cleaning tasks and monitor performance.
Train new employees on cleaning procedures and safety requirements.
Conduct team briefings and provide ongoing support.
Manage staff attendance, rotas, holidays, and sickness.
Cleaning Operations
Ensure all warehouse, office, canteen, washroom, and locker room areas are cleaned to required standards.
Carry out regular inspections and quality checks.
Ensure cleaning schedules are completed on time.
Respond to urgent cleaning requirements, spillages, and incidents.
Operate cleaning machinery when required.
Working Monday - Friday 2pm-10pm
£13.71 per hour
