Blue Arrow is recruiting experienced Reach Truck Drivers, Reach FLT Operators, Line Feeders and Logistics Assistants for a well-established manufacturing and distribution operation in Belper, Derbyshire.

This role is ideal for candidates with experience in:

Manufacturing Logistics

Material Handling

Supply Chain Operations

Stock Control & Inventory Management

Goods In / Goods Out

Distribution & Dispatch

Forklift Truck Operations

Production Support

Shift Patterns & Pay Rates

Must be flexible to work shifts as requested by client.

Morning Shift

06:00 - 14:30

£15.79 per hour

Afternoon Shift

14:30 - 23:00

£17.76 per hour

Night Shift

Sunday: 20:30 - 06:00

Monday to Thursday: 23:00 - 06:00

£18.79 per hour

These rates are available for drivers with D2 certification or D1 stating test hight over 10m.

Main Duties & Responsibilities

Operating Reach Truck Forklifts safely and efficiently within a warehouse and manufacturing environment
Line feeding manufacturing and production areas with materials and components
Moving stock, pallets and finished products throughout the site
Supporting warehouse, logistics and production operations
Loading and unloading vehicles
Goods In and Goods Out processing
Inventory control, stock rotation and replenishment
Booking stock movements using warehouse management systems (WMS)
Conducting daily FLT safety inspections and equipment checks
Maintaining stock accuracy and supporting cycle count processes
Supporting lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives
Following all site health, safety and quality procedures
Achieving departmental productivity and performance targets

Skills & Experience Required

Valid Reach Truck FLT Licence (RTITB, ITSSAR, NPORS, AITT or equivalent)
Minimum 12 months' Reach Truck driving experience
Previous experience within warehouse, logistics, manufacturing, distribution or supply chain environments
Strong stock control and inventory management experience
Understanding of warehouse health and safety procedures
Ability to work in a fast-paced operational environment
Reliable attendance and strong timekeeping
Flexible approach to shift patterns and overtime
Good communication and teamwork skills
Own transport advantageous due to shift times
