People Solutions are currently recruiting for an FLT Counterbalance Truck Driver to join our well-established client based in Kidderminster .

This role would suit candidates with experience as a Forklift Truck Driver, FLT Operator or Counterbalance Truck Driver.
Rates of Pay:
£13.50 per hour
Weekly pay
Overtime available
Shift Pattern:
Monday to Friday
Rotating weekly shifts:
06:00 - 14:00
14:00 - 22:00

Day-to-Day Duties:
As an FLT Counterbalance Truck Driver , you will work:
Operating a Counterbalance Forklift Truck safely and efficiently
Loading and unloading vehicles
Picking orders and moving stock around the warehouse
Receiving, checking and booking in incoming deliveries
Storing pallets safely within the warehouse
Carrying out daily FLT safety checks and reporting any defects
Checking the quantity and visual quality of incoming and outgoing goods
Organising stock ready for dispatch
Supporting general warehouse duties when required
Following all health and safety procedures at all times
Essential Skills:
To be successful as an FLT Counterbalance Truck Driver , you will need:
A valid Counterbalance Forklift Truck licence (RTITB, ITSSAR, AITT or equivalent)
Previous experience operating a Counterbalance Forklift Truck
Good communication skills
Excellent attention to detail xohmjla
Strong awareness of health and safety
Good organisational skills
Reliable and punctual
A flexible approach to work
The ability to work effectively as part of a team
Training:
Full paid site induction provided
Industry-related training and ongoing support throughout your assignment
