Residential & Commercial Property Solicitor | Mayfair (London) | 4+ PQE | Salary £80k-£90k DOE + benefits. Hybrid working

A leading Top Tier Legal 200 law firm is seeking a successful and driven Solicitor with experience in both Residential and Commercial Property matters to join their leading team in Mayfair.

The role:

You will manage your own caseload of quality both residential and commercial property matters while working collaboratively with the wider team. The work will include:

• Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
• Transfer of equity
• Remortgages
• Landlord and tenant matters
• Negotiated leases
• And more
