Human Resources Operations Specialist

Equifind are partnering with a well-established financial services firm who are recruiting a HR Operations Specialist to join their People function on contract, with the opportunity to go permanent. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, regulated environment and wants genuine ownership over the employee lifecycle.

What you'll be doing:

• Managing end-to-end HR operational processes, from onboarding through to offboarding
• Acting as a key point of contact for employees and managers on HR queries
• Ensuring compliance with employment legislation and internal policies across the HR lifecycle
• Maintaining accurate employee data and HR systems (HRIS)
• Supporting on contracts, right-to-work checks, and pre-employment screening
• Partnering with the wider HR team on process improvement and service delivery
• Contributing to HR projects, audits, and reporting

What we're looking for:

• Proven HR Operations/administration experience, ideally within Financial Services or another regulated industry
• Strong working knowledge of employment law and HR compliance
• Confident using HRIS systems, with strong attention to detail
• A proactive, organised self-starter comfortable managing multiple priorities
• Excellent communication skills and a genuine passion for HR
