The Opportunity

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Private Client Senior Associate to join a highly regarded Legal 500 recognised law firm in London.

The firm has an established reputation for providing high-quality advice to private clients and their families, acting on complex and high-value matters. This is an exciting opportunity for a senior Private Client lawyer to join a well-established team and take a key role in the continued growth of the practice.

The Role

You will advise a diverse portfolio of high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth individuals, families and business owners across a broad range of private client matters, including:

• Estate and succession planning
• Wills and trusts
• Probate and estate administration
• Inheritance Tax planning
• Trust creation and administration
• Tax planning and mitigation
• Lifetime gifts and succession structures
• Court of Protection matters
• Advising HNW and UHNW clients and their families
• Complex and high-value estates

The role will also provide opportunities to develop and maintain strong client relationships, contribute to business development and support junior members of the team.

About You

The ideal candidate will:

• Be a qualified solicitor with strong Private Client experience
• Be operating at Senior Associate level or equivalent
• Have experience advising HNW/UHNW individuals and families
• Have strong technical knowledge across wills, trusts, probate and estate planning
• Be commercially minded with excellent client management skills
• Have strong written and verbal communication skills
• Be confident handling complex matters with a high degree of autonomy
• Have an interest in business development and developing client relationships
• Be ambitious and keen to progress within a leading London practice
