We are looking for customer-focused individuals to join a busy and supportive team, helping customers by handling inbound enquiries and providing excellent service.
What You'll Be Doing
? Handling inbound customer calls and enquiries professionally and efficiently
? Providing accurate information and resolving customer queries
? Delivering outstanding customer service at all times
? Maintaining and updating customer records accurately
? Collaborating with colleagues to ensure the best outcomes for customers
Working Hours
?? 5 days out of 7, including every second weekend
?? Shifts between 7:00am and 10:00pm
?? Full flexibility is required across all shift patterns
What We're Looking For
? Previous customer service experience (preferred)
? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
? Strong problem-solving abilities
? Good IT and administrative skills
? A professional and positive attitude
