CLASS 2 (C) ADR CYLINDER DRIVER - NORWICH

What's on Offer?

• £17.45 per hour basic rate
• £26.10 per hour overtime rate
• Guaranteed 42.5 hours per week
• 28 days holiday per year, increasing with length of service
• Up to £1,000 in bonuses every 6 months
• Monday to Friday, with some Saturdays during busy periods
• Typical working hours: 7:00am - 5:00pm
• Overtime available and sometimes required
• Free on-site parking

The Role

As a Class 2 (Category C) ADR Cylinder Driver, you will be responsible for the safe and professional delivery of gas cylinders to customers.

Your duties will include:

• Multi-drop delivery of gas cylinders
• Loading, unloading and manual handling of gas cylinders
• Providing excellent customer service
• Ensuring deliveries are completed safely and professionally
• Following company procedures and health & safety standards
• Complying with drivers' hours legislation and tachograph requirements

Requirements

• Valid Category C (Class 2) driving licence
• Valid Digital Tachograph Card
• Valid CPC qualification
• Valid ADR Class 2 in Packages
• Good understanding of drivers' hours and tachograph legislation
• Professional and customer-focused attitude
• Ability to carry out manual handling duties

Newly qualified or inexperienced drivers with the relevant licences are welcome to apply.

Important Information

For insurance purposes:

• Maximum 6 points on your driving licence
• No DD or DR convictions within the last 12 months
• Successful candidates will be required to complete a DBS check
