Can you turn an investment thesis into results?

Valexis Consulting works with private equity firms and their portfolio companies to turn ambitious value creation plans into measurable outcomes.

We're building our network of exceptional consultants for current and upcoming engagements — and we're particularly interested in people who can move comfortably between analysis, strategy and execution.

Your current title might be Management Consultant, Strategy Consultant, Transformation Consultant, Value Creation Consultant or something completely different.

We're more interested in what you can do than what it says on your business card.

What you'll do

You'll work alongside Valexis colleagues, portfolio company management teams and investors to identify, structure and deliver opportunities to create value.

• Depending on the engagement, that could mean:
• Translating an investment thesis or value creation plan into executable initiatives
• Identifying commercial, operational and technology-enabled opportunities
• Analysing performance and building robust business cases
• Turning complex problems into clear priorities and practical actions
• Working with management teams to move initiatives from recommendation to delivery
• Establishing meaningful KPIs and tracking the value actually delivered
• Producing clear, Board-ready communication for management teams and investors

What we're looking for

We're interested in people who combine structured consulting thinking with a strong bias towards action.

You'll probably have experience in management consulting, private equity value creation, operational transformation or a similarly demanding environment.

• More importantly, you'll be someone who:
• Gets quickly to the heart of a business problem
• Thinks commercially rather than just analytically
• Is comfortable challenging assumptions
• Builds credibility with senior management
• Can operate without a perfectly defined playbook
• Takes ownership for outcomes, not simply deliverables
• Understands that a recommendation has limited value until somebody makes it happen

Experience in PE-backed or investor-owned businesses is valuable, but exceptional candidates from other high-performance environments are also of interest.

The opportunity

We maintain a carefully selected network of consultants who can join Valexis engagements as client requirements arise. Opportunities may vary in duration and location and can require travel to client sites.
