An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and highly organised Executive PA to provide comprehensive, high-level support to a senior individual across both business and private matters.



This is a varied, challenging and fast-paced position, suited to someone who thrives in a professional environment where discretion, initiative and attention to detail are paramount.

Working alongside an existing part-time PA, you will be a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, helping to ensure the smooth running of the office and supporting a range of associated business activities.



The successful candidate will be personable, exceptionally organised and confident managing multiple priorities. You will need an excellent telephone manner, outstanding written communication skills and a flexible, positive “can-do” approach.



Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality, professional PA support to a senior individual.
  • Manage a busy diary and appointments, including arranging business meetings.
  • Manage incoming post, emails and correspondence, responding appropriately and professionally.
  • Screen telephone calls, enquiries and requests, handling matters where appropriate.
  • Arrange business travel and prepare detailed, and occasionally complex, itineraries.
  • Meet and greet visitors at all levels of seniority.
  • Liaise confidently and professionally with external contacts and professional advisers.
  • Undertake general administrative duties and support the smooth running of the office.
  • Respond effectively to a wide range of requests, often requiring discretion and sound judgement.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues while also demonstrating the initiative to work independently.
  • Take on additional responsibilities and tasks as reasonably required.



About You

We are looking for an experienced PA who is comfortable operating at a senior level and understands the importance of confidentiality, professionalism and discretion.



Essential skills and experience:

  • Exceptional confidentiality and discretion.
  • Proven ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly organised with outstanding attention to detail.
  • Confident using Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
  • Strong administrative and interpersonal skills.
  • Good numeracy and excellent accuracy.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Confident communicating with people at all levels.
  • Flexible and adaptable with a proactive approach.
  • Professional and presentable manner.
  • A genuine team player with a positive, solutions-focused attitude.
  • Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.



Desirable Experience

  • Previous experience providing PA or executive support at a senior level.
  • Experience working within a fast-paced and varied environment.
  • A genuine desire to work as part of a highly skilled, professional and friendly team.
