Supply Teacher

Milk Education is looking for a Supply Teacher

Job description

Supply Teacher | Liverpool

Liverpool

Ongoing Opportunities Available

The school knows exactly what it's looking for. A teacher who can walk into a classroom, establish expectations quickly and keep learning moving forward.

Milk Education is supporting a secondary school in Liverpool that require dedicated Supply Teachers to provide regular cover across KS3 and KS4.

Unlike many day-to-day supply positions, this opportunity offers the chance to work within the same school regularly, allowing you to build relationships with students and staff while maintaining the flexibility that supply teaching provides.

The school has a calm atmosphere, supportive leadership and a focus on creating positive learning experiences for students.

What you'll be doing:

  • Delivering pre-prepared lessons.
  • Managing behaviour in line with school policies.
  • Providing continuity during teacher absence.
  • Building rapport with students.
  • Supporting learning across multiple departments.
  • Maintaining clear communication with staff.

We're looking for:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
  • Previous secondary classroom experience.
  • Strong organisational skills.
  • Confidence and adaptability.
  • A commitment to high-quality teaching.

At Milk, we take the time to understand your career goals and match you with schools where you can build confidence, develop your teaching practice and genuinely thrive.

You'll benefit from:

  • Flexible days and working hours to suit your schedule.
  • Culture-matched placements – we take the time to understand you and find schools that fit your values and strengths.
  • Priority Partnership school network – access to trusted schools who work with us long-term on staffing, enrichment and community initiatives.

  • FREE PSHE lesson plans and resources, designed by real teachers.
  • FREE Educator Wellbeing resources and access to our community hub.
  • School Preparation Pack with handover notes and insightful school guides – so you walk in ready on day one.
  • 24/7 support from your personal consultant, directly through their work mobile phone to ensure your journey is personal.
