Operator Recruiter

Job description

We are currently recruiting for an Operator Recruiter to join one of our well-established clients in London.

Skills and Requirements:

• Previous experience in recruitment, resourcing or talent acquisition.
• Experience within construction, plant hire, logistics or infrastructure would be advantageous.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work at pace and manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Proactive and solutions-focused approach.
• Comfortable working closely with operational teams and candidates.
• A driven and proactive recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced operational environment.
• Someone who can build strong relationships with candidates, depot managers and operational teams.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• A results-focused approach with the ability to manage competing recruitment requirements.
• An understanding of plant operators, construction or similar operational recruitment would be highly desirable.
