Position: Full-Time Premium Waiter

Hours: 40 hours, 5 days a week, including Saturdays

We are looking for a highly polished and experienced Premium Waiter to join our team within a prestigious luxury fashion environment in London.

The Role

As a Premium Waiter, you will be responsible for delivering polished, attentive and seamless service to guests, ensuring the highest standards are maintained throughout the day.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing exceptional food and beverage service
• Maintaining a polished and professional presence at all times
• Engaging with guests in a warm and professional manner
• Delivering attentive table service by know all aspect of the menu.
• Demonstrating excellent knowledge of hospitality etiquette and service standards for back-of-house and during floor walks.
• Be responsible for all mise-en-place, including polishing and restock of crockery, glassware, cutlery.
• Have the capability of working under last min changes during peak moments.
• Ensure all service bars are restocked with all beverages provided in the Maison. 
• Ensuring guest areas are consistently presented to the highest standard

Previous experience within a luxury hospitality, fine dining or prestigious fashion environment is highly desirable.
