Job description
Are you passionate about sustainable food and meals and would enjoy working in a small likeminded commercial team as the NPD lead interacting with major retailers.
You will balance workload between you and your assistant - developing customer briefs, create samples and map out then manage the critical path through to launch.
You will arrange testing and analysis, production trials and product launches.
You will present product concepts to retailers alongside the Commercial Manager.
The role could suit someone with experience looking for a senior technologist or junior management role.
Location – Motherwell / Bellshill area.
Package £35-40k + package.
