Principal Biostatistician | Specialist CRO | UK | Remote


A niche, specialist biometrics CRO is looking to appoint an experienced Principal Biostatistician to join its growing UK home-based team.

Key responsibilities:

  • Lead statistical activities across global clinical trials
  • Contribute to study design, protocols, SAPs, analyses and reporting
  • Support regulatory submissions and ensure CDISC compliance
  • Mentor junior Biostatisticians and Statistical Programmers
  • Collaborate with clinical, programming and data management teams
  • Act as a trusted statistical contact for clients and project stakeholders


What we’re looking for:

  • PhD with 7+ years’ experience or MSc with 10+ years’ experience
  • Strong clinical trial statistics experience gained within a CRO or pharmaceutical environment
  • Advanced SAS programming skills
  • Experience developing SAPs, supporting CSR reporting and contributing to regulatory submissions
  • Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder-management capabilities
  • A commitment to quality and high professional standards
