Service Care Solutions is working with a highly regarded law firm, based in Staffordshire, which is seeking a Commercial Property Solicitor to join its growing team. Salary: £45,000 to £65,000 DOE
Key Responsibilities:
- You will handle a broad range of commercial property matters, including landlord and tenant work, commercial leases and lease negotiations, and general commercial property transactions.
- Work with an existing client base whilst contributing to the business development of new clientele for the department.
- Support more junior members of the team as and when required.
