Job title: Personal Injury Solicitor

Location - North West

Salary - Dependent on experience

The Opportunity

We are recruiting for an experienced Personal Injury Solicitor to join a busy and established claimant PI team based in the North West.

The role will involve handling a caseload of approximately 150 litigated and non-litigated files covering predominantly RTA matters, with some EL/PL work. Candidates should be confident managing files from inception through to settlement and have experience working to targets within a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Managing a caseload of around 150 claimant PI matters

Handling predominantly RTA claims with some EL/PL files

Progressing files through the MOJ Portal and litigated stages where required

Drafting legal documents and correspondence

Liaising with clients, insurers, medical agencies and counsel

Negotiating settlements and maximising recovery for clients

Ensuring compliance with internal procedures and regulatory requirements

Requirements

Qualified Solicitor

Previous claimant PI experience essential

Strong knowledge of RTA litigation and MOJ processes

EL/PL experience advantageous

Ability to manage a high-volume caseload independently

Excellent communication and organisational skills
