I'm working with a highly regarded regional law firm that is looking to appoint a Real Estate Associate to join its expanding Commercial Property team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Commercial Property Solicitor looking to work on high-quality real estate matters within a supportive and collaborative team.

The role includes:

• Managing a varied caseload of commercial property transactions.
• Handling acquisitions, disposals, leases, licences and property management matters.
• Drafting, reviewing and negotiating property documentation, including:
• Leases
• Agreements for lease
• Sale contracts
• Title reports
• Deeds of variation
• Ancillary documents
• Supporting senior lawyers on complex, high-value transactions.
• Conducting due diligence and liaising directly with clients.
