We’re looking for exceptional analysts and early-career consultants who want exposure to real business transformation and value creation — not several years sitting a long way from the action.

We have both immediate client requirements and opportunities arising as Valexis grows.

What you’ll do

You’ll work alongside experienced Valexis consultants and client management teams on live business challenges.

You might find yourself:

• Analysing operational and commercial performance
• Building business cases and financial models
• Investigating why a business, function or process is underperforming
• Identifying improvement and growth opportunities
• Supporting transformation and integration workstreams
• Tracking initiatives, milestones, risks and benefits
• Turning complex analysis into clear conclusions
• Preparing material for senior management, Boards and investors
• Working directly with the people responsible for running the business

We won’t expect you to know everything.

We will expect you to think.

What we’re looking for

Your background could be consulting, business analysis, finance, project management, operations, engineering — or something we haven’t thought of.

• Clear and concise when communicating
• Comfortable taking responsibility
• Prepared to challenge your own conclusions
• Keen to understand how businesses actually make money

Previous PE experience is not required.

Potential, curiosity and evidence that you can solve difficult problems matter considerably more.
