School Business Leader

A member of our Senior Leadership Team and the trust's appointed Chief Financial Officer, you will lead financial management and compliance, HR and procurement, and support effective governance, working closely with the Headteacher as Accounting Officer and line-managing our business team. You will bring strong financial judgement, absolute integrity, and the leadership to hold this role with confidence - whether you are an experienced school business professional or ready to step up.

We are a large, three-form entry Free School - the first primary school of its kind in the country - founded on three principles: inclusion, ambition and innovation. We are known nationally and internationally for our work in areas such as Oracy and Professional Development, and we work in close research partnership with the University of Cambridge's Faculty of Education.
