A well-established and highly respected law firm is seeking an experienced Residential Property Partner to lead its successful team in East Sussex. This is an outstanding opportunity for a senior Residential Conveyancing Solicitor or existing Partner to join a thriving practice handling complex, high-value property transactions.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead and develop a Residential Property team
- Manage high-value conveyancing and residential property matters
- Advise high net worth individuals, developers, estates and portfolio owners
- Drive business development and client relationships
- Oversee compliance, risk management and team performance
You will have:
- Minimum 8 years' PQE in residential property law
- Proven team management experience
- Strong technical expertise in conveyancing and complex property transactions
- Excellent client care and business development skills
