We are seeking an enthusiastic Locum Consultant Psychiatrist or Specialist Doctorto join the South Hammersmith & Fulham Mental Health Integrated Network Team (MINT) on a fixed-term basis until 28 February 2027.

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a multidisciplinary community mental-health service supporting adults with complex mental-health needs. The successful applicant will provide senior medical input to the team, including psychiatric assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, medication management and risk formulation, working closely with service users, carers and partner agencies.

The role includes close working with psychologists, nurses, social workers, occupational therapists, peer-support workers and other medical colleagues. Depending on grade and experience, the postholder will contribute to clinical leadership, supervision, teaching, service development, governance and quality-improvement activity.

Applicants should have substantial experience in adult psychiatry, excellent communication and collaborative-working skills, and a commitment to recovery-focused, trauma-informed and person-centred care. The post may be appointed at Consultant Psychiatrist level for an appropriately qualified candidate, or at Specialist Doctor level for an experienced doctor who meets the relevant requirements.
