PAM is a new restaurant opening in the heart of Farringdon, celebrating seasonal ingredients, bold flavours and genuine hospitality. We believe great restaurants are built by great people, people who care about their craft, their team and every guest who walks through the door.

At PAM, great service feels natural, personal and full of character. We are looking for an engaging GM who takes pride in looking after people, understands the rhythm of a busy restaurant and brings positive energy to every service.

What you’ll do

• Deliver warm, attentive and confident service from arrival through to farewell.
• Build strong menu knowledge and guide guests through food, wine and drinks choices.
• Take orders accurately and coordinate closely with the kitchen and bar teams.
• Maintain polished tables, stations and dining areas throughout service.
• Anticipate guest needs, respond thoughtfully to feedback and help create memorable experiences.

• Previous waiting experience in a quality restaurant or hospitality environment.
• A genuine passion for food, wine and excellent service.
• Friendly, positive and naturally engaging with guests and colleagues.
• Calm, organised and attentive in a fast-paced environment.
• A reliable team player who takes initiative and pride in the details.
