• Ability to plan sales and cost lines
• All aspects of licensing, food and health & safety compliance in line with the law

This is Chicken & Grill No. 11 and has been part of the McMullen's family since 1914.

The Millstream is a rural delight on Hitchin's outskirts, a beautiful pub with the river running right beside it. Offering dining alfresco or, when the sun goes home, by roaring fires inside. Cosy nooks, crannies and private cubbies abound, making this a lovely spot in which to spend time with friends and family. Pop in for a swift lunch or take your time and relax over a fresh, slow-cooked Sunday roast, which is a speciality along with chargrilled meat cuts and hand-crafted local beers, cocktails, wines, terrific service and lots of smiles! The ideal candidate will be a creative, energetic problem solver who wants to make this pub stand out by putting their own stamp on the business, developing a strong team, engaging guests through events and social media but most of all focussing on the basics to ensure we deliver the best experience.

Salary and Benefits
